August and Sept monthly meetings are cancelled, this is due to upcoming conference.

National Zookeeper Week – Members to meet with Nancy to ask about fundraiser and to ask to shift the theme of keeper talks to the Zookeepers and what they do.

Projected budget for conference looks to be…. Hold your breath….. square

The Rob Lidel dinner sponsor money is up to 5,600 and this is helping to partially sponsor 4 international delegates.

Talk about re-printing the “you know you are a Zookeeper when….” T’s for National Zookeeper Week and for the staff conference shirts.

Steph will talk to Devo and admissions Scott for some comp tickets for raffles at our upcoming Day at the Beach

Wednesday the 22 nd of National Zookeeper Week will be the Day at the Beach on Alkai Beach. Noon until Dark. All day that day Zookeepers and Zoostaff will be invited to celebrate themselves. The beach has firepits and volleyball nets. There will be picnic lunch and raffles.

At the upcoming All Staff we will be having recognition for all staff helping with the conference.
