Monthly meeting are held on the first Thursday of each month. The meetings are held in the Education building located near the WPZ south gate entrance. The meetings are open to all members of the chapter and any interest person. Starting time of the meeting is noon and last about an hour.

The following is a list of the 2008 officers for the Puget Sound Chapter of AAZK. The term of office for all officers is one year. Elections are held annually. The duties of the officers are to control and manage the chapter and its property.

The 2008 officers and their duties shall consist of:

Carolyn Austin - PRESIDENT- To preside at all meetings, appoint committee chairperson, and direct the chapter in all undertakings.

Pat Owen - Vice-President - To assist the President, preside in his/her place when he/she is unable to do so, and act as ex-officio member of all committees.
