Cancellation Policy
REFUND POLICY OPTIONS
All
conference cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be received
in writing by the appropriate dates. Telephone requests
WILL NOT be honored. Letter or email requests must be received
by the following dates:
Prior to 01 July 2009
Full refund provided minus a $25 processing fee.
01 July 2009 to 01 August 2009
50% refund provided minus a $25 processing fee.
Starting 01 August 2009
No
refunds will be provided. Late requests for refunds
due to family emergency will only be considered on a case-by-case
basis. See contact information below.
Refund requests will be processed 4-6 weeks AFTER the conference.
The Puget Sound Chapter of the American Association of Zoo Keepers
is not responsible for problems incurred due to weather related
events including natural disasters.
Requests sent to us via postal carrier should be postmarked before
the deadline in order to receive that deadline's refund amount
and be addressed to:

Requests
sent via email need to be received by 11:59 pm of each cutoff
date to be issued the appropriate refund. All email

Conference Insurance
It is strongly advised that all delegates take out their own travel
and medical insurance prior to
coming
to the conference. Please speak to your travel agent or airline
in regard to this matter.
