Christopher Hart completed his diploma in Renewable Resource Management and Certificate of Specialization in Fish and Wildlife Technology from Lethbridge College in 1999 and 2000. He completed a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Lethbridge in 2002. He has volunteered at a Vancouver Island wildlife rescue facility, a Swift Fox breeding facility in Cochrane Alberta and worked for 3 seasons at the Alberta Birds of Prey Center in Coaldale Alberta. He is currently a senior hoofstock keeper at Mountain View Conservation Centre where he has been employed since 2004.

Christopher has been the Head Keeper of the Northern Spotted Owl Captive Breeding Program at Mountain View since its inception in 2007 and has also worked as a relief keeper for the Oregon Spotted Frog Recovery Program.
