Sectionov - Indonesian Liaison for the International Rhino Foundation, Bogor , West Java Indonesia
Sectionov (Inov) has been working in rhino conservation in Indonesia for more than 10 years. He holds a B.S. from Agricultural University of Bogor Indonesia. He has worked as Indonesian Liaison for the International Rhino Foundation since 2006, and is stationed in Bogor , west Java. Prior to joining IRF, Inov was a Program Officer for Friends of Indonesian Rhino Foundation for 6 years. He conducted research in Ujung Kulon National Park on competition between Javan rhinos and banteng from 2000-2005, and then continues to research the invasive species, Arenga palm (Arenga obtusifolia) and its impact on Javan rhino habitat. Inov works closely with Rhino Protection Units in Indonesia , as well as participating in a number of ongoing research projects on Sumatran rhinos at the Sumatran Rhino Sanctuary in Way Kambas National Park .
